Ordered travel had to wait 45 minutes when was informed it would take 20. Ordered frappucino with this and by waiting for travel frappucino melted. Was never offered to remake and one employee refused to give me lids.
Waited for over 15 minutes for a sandwich. Finally walked up and asked about it. It was NEVER cooked. They forgot about me/it. Normally I would be fine, but it was my lunch break, so I didn't get to eat anything (mind you, had not gotten to eat anything since 9 the night before, and have a high pace job). Will NOT go back. Also got a sweet greens drink from the premade stuff. Disgusting. Did get a refund for sandwich, but drink was over priced. Total was $10. Used to like Starbucks, but the service and products have been getting worse with years. Also, was late for work because of this.
The staff was extremely friendly at this location. Beside that, it is your normal Starbucks.
Not the one on pinhook, they are sorry, taken coffee back 3 times and still couldn't get it right, they return my money and said cc,coffee is up the road ,you think a small white chocolate raspberry latte was hard to. Make
