We love our SRX, BUT, we do think that tires should last longer than 31,000 miles. They needed to be changed because of wear and dry rot. We did have them changed, but not there at the dealership. We were told that the same brand of tires would replace them and i was not going to put the same tires back on and have to change them so soon, especially for the price to do so. that is the ONLY problem , so far , that we have had with any service(s) for the SRX.

Wonderful service. So happy that they were able to put my husband and I in a vehicle. We will definitely be coming back to purchase another vehicle. Also the waiting room was very nice.
I have to say that Rick in the automotive dept always comes through and is always a man of his word. He is the only reason I keep coming back to this dealership. From the day I bought my truck this man has kept his word and has always taken care of me. So I hope he gets recognized in some way from this survey. Cause he is the real deal!
