I've only been a member of OGCF since December 16 and I am loving it! The staff is always helpful and great at showing modifications when needed. Everyone is so friendly and encouraging. Great place to workout!!!

I've been to A LOT of gyms in my life, and this is among the best I've ever been to. The coaches make all of the difference in the world. Natalie, Beau, and Drake are extremely knowledgeable and not judgemental. They have pushed me to make more gains in my health than I ever imagined.
