Went to have 3 overcoats cleaned. Ask the lady how much it would cost me and she did her calculation on the calculator in front of me and told me $21 and some change. Well, went to pick it up and they charged me $43. And some change. They should of honored what they told me. Guess my business will go elsewheres. Clearly on ticket says $21.89 and someone went scratched it out and put new price! Not happy at all.
I needed (2) suit jackets pressed. Not Cleaned, just quickly pressed. Asked them at 1pm if they could do this for me before 5pm the same day (Firday). They said no, and in addition, they weren't open on Saturday...so it wouldn't be until the following week until it could get done. I'm happy they have so much business they couldn't squeeze in quickly pressing two jackets....but that's too busy for me to be their customer.
leave your vehicle for drop off or pickup!!!! VERY CONVENIENT FOR ME and all service requests are first class....I really like their dry cleaning, press only and other services. I give GOLDEN CLEANERS IN BROUSSARD.......ten stars......
