The people who work there are great. Always kind and extremely caring. Mom gets her meds delivered to her when I'm unable to get them for her. Which is a huge help! And theyve got the best gift shop! I had been using my local cvs, but I've gone back to Towne because you get a sense that you matter there.
My wife called this pharmacy looking for a specific medication for our son that we had trouble finding the past couple of months due to issues with the company that makes it. The allergist told us they still had several patients on it and to call around. When calling Towne Pharmacy the woman was incredibly rude. She acted as if ordering the bottle was a major inconvenience. I'll be sure to never waste my time with these people again. Called Albertson's Pharmacy two seconds down the road and they were more than happy to help.
