Went to fix tire that had a nail, was riding on my small spare. I knew my tires were worn and was told they could not repair the tire because of its worn condition. He suggested I get at least two new tires but I decided to get four new ones. The price was right and he explained the benefits of the Charley dozen which I accepted. Didn't feel pressured but felt they tried to help me. I am a repeat customer who has always gotten great service from this store.
Had a flat going into work. Arrive at their Broussard location and found a truly delightful lady running the office and the tech took care of my flat pretty quickly. Super people and super service. Hard to find that these days!!
I highly recommend this Chabill's location. I've been bringing both of our family vehicles there for over a year now for oil changes and small repairs. The Store Manager is Jason Landry, he has proven to be honest and professional, he always clearly explains what's needed and why, and will show you the problem himself as he explains it if needed. Excellent communication. Two examples: Our SUV is getting close to needing new tires, so I asked him to estimate how much life is left on them. He didn't try to sell me tires that day, he said they had more life left than I thought! Also, he changed out a broken A/C part for me a few months ago, last week that part failed again along with another component of the same system. There was no hassle, no questions, Jason changed out both parts under warranty. Outstanding service.
I was working with KARL today and he was so no automotive smart. I had to walk him threw a the work order and had to tell him about labor. Was like talking to a baby trying to do a mans jobs. Stay away from this shop. also over charged me on labor
They are trust service. The personnel is friendly and even when they are not the fastest or cheapest in town they alway have a good quality. Definitely a reliable service.
