Cons: Did not tighten lugs on one wheel, had to walk back to shop. When correcting owner did not use alternating pattern on wheels and spun one lug to failure and crushed the hub centric ring. They center FWD aftermarket rims on the wheel hubs. I'll repost if they pay for the work and parts.
Have been going to them for almost 2 years now for various issues with my vehicles and don't have a bad thing to say. Always very polite and seem to do a great job. They will continue to receive my business.

The staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They even educated me on an easy diy fix that saved me a ton of money. These guys are much more than just oil change technicians, they can replace and entire engine if that is what is needed. Being open on Sundays is a big bonus. Thanks guys and keep up the good work! Went in for flat and rotation. Pros: Real nice crew, but please don't use 'terms of endearment' when talking to people.
Liars!! Went to this location to get an oil change. I was charged $30.06. After they said my oil was changed, the mechanic told me I needed to change my oil pan gasket, they would charge me $425.00. Told them "not at this time", took it to my personal mechanic to change the seal on the same day right after leaving these people, maybe 5 minutes away from their shop. When my mechanic dropped my oil pan, the oil was burnt, never changed. I am so disappointed these people lied to me. I will never go back to them again. Even brought my mechanic with me to confront him and he wouldn't talk to us. Sad for a reputable business place. Ladies beware!!! They will take advantage of you as they did me.
